Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were large, nicely furnished, and the modern luxurious bathroom made it even more inviting. The bed was super comfortable, and the spacious layout added to the overall luxury of the hotel. The location was beautiful, offering lovely views over Cardiff and the Severn Estuary. The service was top-notch, with extremely friendly staff, especially the overnight manager, Marcus, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The dining experience was very nice, offering tasty and filling options. However, having the same choices for several days wasn't too appealing. The facilities were excellent, including a well-maintained pool area. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and comfortable stay.
The hotel was situated in a lovely, quiet spot with astounding views, offering generous and very comfortable rooms. However, the room preparation was for one person only, and there were insufficient towels.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were so cozy and well-equipped, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The location is just perfect, with stunning views over the city and the Severn estuary. The dining experience was delightful, although there were a few hiccups. Overall, a wonderful experience worth every penny.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room I was in wasn't very clean, with hair and random things left around, and there were no amenities like a hairdryer or a bin for tea or coffee. However, the bed was comfy, and I enjoyed a superb view across the countryside to the lights of Cardiff. Being amidst a wedding party at the hotel was a downside.
The hotel rooms were excellent with refurbished bathrooms, a balcony or terrace that was lovely on sunny days, and ample towels with hot water. The staff hospitality and food were outstanding. However, the dining experience could have been improved. The service was friendly and helpful, although some staff lacked experience in the field. The location offered breathtaking views and a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The facilities were well-maintained and convenient.
This hotel is a gem! The room was cozy and had an electric radiator which was a real plus on a cold April night. The lack of Wi-Fi might be a concern, so be sure to double-check before booking, and it's best to book directly with the hotel for potential cost savings. The hotel's front location offers beautiful views of the surroundings.
